Chelsea views home as both deeply personal and professional — a perspective shaped by her innate talent for imagery and storytelling, and by a lifetime immersed in a film-industry family. With her grandfather one of China’s first-generation film cinematographers after the founding of the People’s Republic of China and her mother working in film production, she grew up surrounded by visuals, light, sound, and narrative. Her childhood training in sketching sharpened this natural gift for form, atmosphere, and emotion — abilities that now define her entire approach to real estate.

A graduate of the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University and the Interior Decorating program at Maritime Business College, Chelsea has spent the past decade deeply immersed in Nova Scotia’s residential market. Early work supporting a National Top 1% Realtor gave her sharp insight into market dynamics, buyer psychology, and home-buying decisions. She later moved into kitchen design, full-service interior design firms, and small residential development, strengthening her technical and practical expertise. Today she channels this rich foundation into her company, using cinematic visuals and sound design to package real estate projects. She knows from experience that the true secret to a project’s success lies in building a powerful emotional connection with the market — creating believable stories that make buyers feel an immediate sense of belonging.

Life itself has been her greatest teacher. Having moved through the transformative chapters of partnership, single motherhood, and now founding her company, she believes a home is more than a backdrop — it is a space that holds us through life’s transformations and reflects who we are becoming. Beyond work, she nurtures a profound love for architecture and dreams of one day walking through the world’s masterpieces, from Versailles to Ronchamp’s Notre-Dame du Haut, Bauhaus Dessau, and the Pantheon.
